We stand behind STRIPD with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll respond with next steps.

Eligibility

Because our products are consumable health products, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
